Refunds will be considered within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions: - Non-delivery of your report within the promised 48-hour timeframe - Technical errors in report delivery (e.g., corrupted files, incorrect format) - Service not rendered as described Note: Astrological reports are interpretive in nature. Dissatisfaction with content interpretation does not qualify for refund once the report has been delivered.

The following are not eligible for refunds: - Reports already delivered within the promised timeframe - Services where our astrologers have already invested time and effort - Any customized or personalized services initiated at your request

Customized remedies and urgent reports (delivered within 24 hours) are non-refundable once ordered.
